iTWatch is designed exclusively as a managed solution to provide our customers with the most cost effective management of their IT infrastructure 24x7. We use iTWatch to provide end-to-end monitoring and management of their end customer's IT infrastructure over the Internet. This solution helps ATS deliver an unlimited range of unique managed services, providing extraordinary levels of performance and availability for our customers.

Hardware Maintenance and Repair Services

We combine the people, processes and technology necessary to efficiently and cost-effectively deliver hardware maintenance services. We manage local inventories of spare parts to minimize the disruption caused by unplanned hardware downtime and provide preventive maintenance services that help increase productivity and extend asset life. ATS is vendor independent, which allows us to support products from a variety of manufacturers. One call nets comprehensive support.

Installation, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) Services

We ensure that end-users have the system they need when they need it. Our IMAC services include handling computer upgrades, lease returns, cascades, and end-of-life disposals. Our technicians test equipment functionality and network connectivity, and help end users become acclimated with changes made to their systems. We continuously look for ways to increase IMAC efficiency.

Help Desk and Deskside Support Services

We manage help desks as an add-on service for existing customers who want ATS to own the call-resolution process from start to closure. Our deskside support services increase end-user satisfaction and productivity. We support Microsoft Windows and Office applications, plus a variety of off-the-shelf software packages. Printer Control and Predictability Service

ATS' Printer Control and Predictability program is the most efficient printer and fax program in the industry, and is designed to help you control your organization's technology cost and risk. This program includes service, warranty, parts, and toner cartridge supply all rolled into one economical cost. Simply sign up for ATS' Printer Control and Predictability toner supply and maintenance program to receive an extended lifetime warranty (parts and labor) for equipment at no additional cost for the life of the contract. Then use ATS' Web-based ordering/inventory control system.

HP 9000 and 3000 Support Services

We provide expert technical support and on-site maintenance for Hewlett-Packard midrange computer systems. We can take care of your HP 9000 and 3000 systems and peripherals at a competitive price. Our expertise in HP support comes from reverse-engineering HP systems as they are released to the market, which provides the advantage of understanding your system inside and out. ATS provides trained technicians and immediate-response technical phone support available 24 hours a day, every day; regularly scheduled system audits using hpinfo to keep your HP hardware inventory up to date; and turnkey software support that includes remote monitoring and diagnostics.

Disaster Recovery and Data Storage Services

SafeStor is location independent, which allows restores to multiple locations to be managed from a single workstation. Asset Recovery and Disposal

Our comprehensive approach to asset recovery and disposal enables you to Recover, ReValueTM and ReMarket your IT assets. Recover: Understand what you own and its condition. We track assets in the field, receive and inspect them, and erase hard drives to render data inaccessible. Assets deemed not re-marketable are recycled or properly disposed. ReValue: Reap your assets' remaining value. We upgrade or repair assets and harvest components prior to recycling or disposal.
