The Site Configuration Summary Report can be used to readily spot devices that are unmanaged. You can also assign asset tags to better track the systems that are being maintained under a service contract. When you see new devices appearing on your dashboards that does not have an asset tag, you can find out when they will be coming off of warranty and track warranty expiry dates.
